Each adventure requires a minimum of 8 passengers for it to be a private departure. If we do not have ten sign-ups 90 days prior to the departure, the group can decide whether to cancel, or open the date up for other retail passengers to book on, who may be male. It will be a group decision, but hopefully it doesn’t come to that!

Each Niche Travel tour is a maximum of 14 passengers, allowing us to travel about a country with more ease, and allowing us to get off-the-beaten-path. The one bad thing about small-group travel? Space fills up quickly, so be sure to sign up if you see one that interests you!

We'll be sad to see you go, but understand life happens! If you cancel your spot after paying your deposit, Niche Travel will hold your initial deposit on file for future travel! You can apply it to future Niche Travel departures or transfer it to another traveler.

Inclusions vary per itinerary, but you can always expect to have accommodation, a Local Leader throughout, some meals, all the ‘must-see’ attractions, and transportation. If a flight is needed to get to another destination while on tour, that flight is included in your tour price.

Flights to and from the adventure are not included in your package, allowing you to book your preferred schedule and budget! If you would like assistance with booking flights, our team can help!

We got you! We believe everyone should travel the world - so we make it as easy as possible for solo travelers to do to. If you’re willing to room with another adventurer, you won’t be charged a single supplement. Want to guarantee your own room? Just pay the reasonable extra fee and it’s all yours!

There are a limited amount of single rooms available per trip (typically a max of 2), at an additional charge. They are first-come, first-served and you MUST indicate that you would like a single room at time of applying.
